A strong sense of community
Maintaining and building a sense of community within the business is of key importance to MCN Consulting, particularly as many consultants work away from the office for significant periods of time and in different parts of the globe. To address this, we dedicate time to community events for our staff. Our events combine a company update and discussion (on our strategy, performance, next steps), learning (the latest issues in Energy, Utilities, and Healthcare, new techniques), and fun (anything from ball-room dancing, to horse-back riding).
